Password

You can protect your tree by a password at any time (in the middle or at the end of the tree creation process). Just click the toolbar Key icon to start the password creation dialog.

If the document is password protected, it is shown by the "Password protected" indicator on the status bar at the bottom of the page.
Document will be encoded by the most recent password at saving. Thus the new password will replace the old one (if any).

Never use passwords like: "aaaaaaaaaa","999999", etc.

Password is requested each time before opening the protected file.
Entering an incorrect password will not prevent you from opening the file but will prevent you from reading the text.
Disable auto saving before other actions if the text is unreadable!!!
Never save document in that case, especially after some random changes in the (unreadable) text or the tree structure or after unsuccessful attempts to enter the password.

To make text readable, call the password editing dialog, enter the correct password, check the "Reload document" checkbox, then click "OK".
