How to start working with the program

Run the program, then either open a previously created file (*.jsn) or create a new one. Before you start creating items of the new tree (root folders, subfolders, notes), we recommend to set default icons.

Then create a new tree by using toolbar icons or left panel context menu.

The name of each item (folder or note) can be edited in both the left and the right panels. In the right panel, the name of the tree item is shown as a headline.

The line following the headline is always blank. Move to the next line (with the mouse, or down key, or Enter), then insert or write the text related to this item.

When editing the text, use ordinary text editing options (such as Select, Cut, Copy, Paste).

You can move or copy any tree item (folder or note) shown on the left panel. All traditional methods are available for copying or moving tree item (Drag&Drop, the menu Edit, toolbar icons, the left panel context menu or shortcuts too.) This will move or copy all information associated with that item.

Program allow you to sort each folder content as you need. Select any folder member and set local sorting type by using toolbar "local sorting type" icon.

You can protect your tree by a password at any time. Just click the toolbar Key icon to start the password creation dialog.
