Copying the text from another program

There are 3 ways for copying the text from another programm to the PIM.

  • Simple transporting text via clipboard
  • Transporting text and title via clipboard
  • Using Hot Key for copying text and creating new note
You can move or copy the text from the right panel into the Clipboard, or, conversely, paste the text from the Clipboard into the right panel. Thus, you transport via the Clipboard the information between this one and other programs.

Or you can paste the text from the clipboard into the label box of the tree new item, thus you create a content of the note, and the first line of the text remains in the label box as its name.

Ultimate you can use Hot Key (Ctrl+J) for copying the text from another program.
Select the text.

Then press Ctrl+J (you don't need press Ctrl+C or Ctrl+Ins).
PIM will appear with special dialog for editing and inserting new note.

Select folder for new note in the tree and click button OK on the dialog.
If you don't select the folder and click button OK - current selected note or folder will be used for inserting new note.
While you selecting the folder for new note there is possibility to open other file, to create new folder, and so on.
